We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in CAD (Civil 3D preferred) and survey methodologies to manage highimpact projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of solutions that meet client needs and exceed industry standards.
In this role you will...
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Survey and CAD teams to assess client requirements scope projects and create detailed proposals.
Define project objectives deliverables and timelines in alignment with client goals.
Oversee project resource allocation and adherence to quality standards.
Provide technical guidance on CAD tools (e.g. Autodesk Civil 3D) and Trimble survey workflows.
Manage project budgets schedules and milestones ensuring timely and onbudget delivery.
Facilitate communication with clients stakeholders and team members maintaining transparency and alignment.
Conduct regular project reviews update stakeholders and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Support the integration of CAD solutions into existing workflows customizing them as needed.
About you...
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for survey and CADrelated projects.
PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project SmartSheet Salesforce).
Advanced knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. Autodesk Civil 3D MicroStation ..etc) and survey processes.
Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities meet tight deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
