The role involves providing operational and strategic leadership to support the development and growth of Cromwell Hospitals managed Outpatient Clinics which cover a wide range of specialties including Urgent Care Centre Audiology Lung Sleep Neurophysiology Primary Care and Specialist Outpatient clinics. Responsibilities will also include effective oversight and management of contracts and services with key partners and thirdparty service providers.
The position directs coordinates and supports service delivery at the hospital ensuring operational management and collaboration with delivery partners particularly consultants to drive growth safe and effective clinical standards of care and governance as well as exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
Additionally the role involves leading the development and delivery of relevant strategies and service plans within Outpatient centres to align with the hospitals strategic objectives and building relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of Cromwell Hospitals overall strategy.
Key Skills / Qualifications
Management of an Outpatient/ Diagnostic Healthcare setting(essential)
Clinical Background (desirable)
Healthcare related degree and registration
Previous Management Training (essential)
Previous senior management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
High level of work organisation selfmotivation drives for performance and improvement.
Strong sense of commitment to openness honesty and integrity in undertaking the role.
