Job Description: TekCom Resources is seeking an Aerial Lineman candidate to join our dynamic fastpaced team. Ideally this candidate is a driven individual looking for a career opportunity with highgrowth potential.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping with the overhead installation and/or repair of fiber optic cable.
- Responsible for daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Responsible for upholding standard of quality.
- Responsible for helping to set up job sites traffic cones and signs.
- Must have the ability to climb poles utilizing gaffs ladder and a bucket truck to perform work.
- Responsible for running fiber blowing equipment.
- Responsible for job site cleanup and restoration.
- Follow all company safety OSHA and DOT policy
- 2 years of experience
- CDL
- Time management organization and problemsolving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Familiarity with the 811 Call Before You Dig system and process
