Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the Family Wellbeing and Justice (FWJ) team on a short term 10month contract. This role provides an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position ensuring the effective delivery of highquality services while supporting team growth and operational excellence. This is a 10month maternity relief position.

Your role as a FWJ Program Manager

As a Program Manager youll work closely with the FWJ and organisational leaders and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture.

Youll have the opportunity to:

  • Provideleadership and oversight of daily operations.

  • Support and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.

  • Ensure compliance with policies procedures and industry standards.

  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive positive change.

  • Manage staff training performance evaluation and professional development initiatives.
