Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the Family Wellbeing and Justice (FWJ) team on a short term 10month contract. This role provides an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position ensuring the effective delivery of highquality services while supporting team growth and operational excellence. This is a 10month maternity relief position.

Your role as a FWJ Program Manager
As a Program Manager youll work closely with the FWJ and organisational leaders and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture.
Youll have the opportunity to:
Provideleadership and oversight of daily operations.
Support and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and industry standards.
Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive positive change.
Manage staff training performance evaluation and professional development initiatives.
