Job Description
Assisted Living Universal Worker (UW) PT 1st Shift Grand Meadows
Weare seeking a compassionate and reliable parttime Universal Worker in our Assisted Living Community to join ourGrand Meadow campus team and provide highquality care to our residents. The UWwill assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressinggrooming and medication management and provide ongoing support and monitoringto ensure that residents receive the best possible care. The successful UW willhave excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively withother healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and hygiene assistance
- Monitor residents vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with medication management and administration as directed by a healthcare professional
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Support and participate in common teamwork
- Regular attendance is required
- Must be able to read write and speak fluent English
- Criminal History Clearance
