Corporate Senior Associate
Location: Bristol
Salary: per annum (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to join our clients Bristol office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading national law firm advising a diverse client base that includes multinational corporations private equity firms and highnetworth individuals.
The Role
- Advise clients on M&A transactions joint ventures private equity and corporate finance matters.
- Lead and manage complex corporate transactions from due diligence to completion.
- Draft negotiate and review key transactional documents including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
- Stay up to date with corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Play a key role in business development engaging in client pitches and industry events.
- Mentor and develop junior associates and trainees within the team.
About You
- 6 years PQE in corporate law ideally from a leading UK or international firm.
- Extensive experience in M&A transactions private equity and corporate finance.
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills with a clientcentric approach.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic legal counsel.
- A collaborative and ambitious professional eager to contribute to a growing team.
