Job Description
Warehouse Security Site Supervisor Hiring Now!

Location: Hoffman Estates IL
Starting Pay:$25.00/hour
Shift: MonFri 8am4pm
Responsibilities:
- Security Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse security team.
- Ensure proper monitoring and control of access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard inventory and company assets.
- Conduct routine security checks throughout the warehouse and surrounding areas.
- Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to security breaches thefts or emergencies and report incidents to management.
- Investigate incidents of theft property damage or other security concerns and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitoring and Surveillance:
- Oversee the use and maintenance of security equipment including surveillance cameras alarm systems and access control devices.
- Continuously monitor security systems to detect potential security risks.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the warehouse complies with all safety regulations standards and best practices.
- Conduct safety drills and training programs for security personnel and other employees.
- Maintain records of inspections incidents and other safetyrelated documentation.
- Staff Supervision:
- Manage and train security officers to ensure high standards of performance.
- Schedule shifts monitor attendance and ensure proper conduct of security staff.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular reports on security activities including incidents risks and preventive measures.
- Keep records of visitor logs security events and any relevant documentation.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with warehouse managers HR and other departments to address security needs and challenges.
- Participate in meetings to discuss and resolve securityrelated issues.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Proven experience in warehouse security or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with security technologies and systems (CCTV access control etc.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations
- Ability to respond to emergencies and resolve security issues quickly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have 2 years of supervisor experience
- Must have 3 years of security experience
