Job Description
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote ORRA Fine Jewellery products and services.
2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Utilize strong sales ability to effectively communicate product features benefits and pricing information.
4. Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information about our jewellery products.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
6. Utilize basic appointment setting techniques to schedule instore visits for interested customers.
7. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets within the given timeframe.
8. Pay strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain a high standard of work.
