Responsibilities:
Managing Encompass System: The Encompass Admin is responsible for managing the
Encompass system including setting up new users configuring system settings and
maintaining system security.
Troubleshooting: The Encompass Admin is responsible for resolving any technical issues
that arise within the Encompass system such as login or connectivity problems system
errors or other technical issues.
Technical Skills: The encompass Admin should have strong technical skills including
proficiency in SQL and experience with API integration.
Training and Support: The Encompass Admin provides training and support to endusers of
the Encompass system. This includes developing training materials providing oneonone
training and answering user questions.
Data Management: The Encompass Admin is responsible for managing data within the
Encompass system including importing and exporting data creating custom fields and
ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Compliance: The Encompass Admin ensures that the Encompass system is compliant with
all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Reporting: The Encompass Admin is responsible for creating reports and providing analytics
on the Encompass systems usage performance and efficiency.
Process Improvement: The Encompass Admin is responsible for identifying opportunities
for process improvement within the Encompass system and implementing solutions to
improve efficiency and effectiveness
Core Competencies:
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
35 years of experience in Encompass administration role.
Strong understanding of the Encompass system and its capabilities.
Excellent technical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with other departments and stakeholders within the organization.
Analytical and datadriven mindset.
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.
