Job Description

The Hotel Property Manager of Lewiston Hall is a Fulltime position and will consist of being responsible for the hotel employee housing program in a dormitory environment.

You will:

Be responsible for registering and assigning rooms to employees

Issue room keys and make replacement room keys

Identify the availability of rooms to ensure revenue is maximized

Ensure the property and grounds are maintained to a standard level

Calculate and post charges to employees accounts

Be able to accept payment make change and present departing checkout statements

Maintain a current checkout list

Keep an updated housekeeping list and notify maintenance of problems reported

Inspect rooms and provide feedback to the housekeeping and maintenance departments

Ensure a lost and found program

Ensure the front desk lobby kitchen laundry room game room outdoor area and hallways remain clean

Perform any other duties as assigned by management

You will:

Always approach interactions in a friendly and positive demeanor and be accessible for guests and those partaking in the employee housing program

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Have basic knowledge and use of the computer
