Job Description
Location: Forrestdale WA
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth build strategic partnerships and expand market presence within the energy resources and fabrication sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients and industry partners
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure longterm success
- Drive sales from prospecting through to closing deals
- Identify new revenue opportunities and expand service offerings
- Work closely with internal teams on pricing marketing and operational alignment
- Analyse market trends and prepare reports on business development activities
- Lead and contribute to marketing efforts including social media and brand positioning
Requirements
- Proven success in business development sales or a related role
- Experience in the energy resources or fabrication sectors highly desirable
- Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to analyse data and market trends for strategic decisionmaking
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in marketing and promotional activities is an advantage
