The role

As a Client Principal or Director you ensure longterm and sustainably growing client relationships in the industry & consumer products sector. Within your client portfolio you are accountable for all activities and running projects. You will also support closing deals when acquiring new accounts which you will eventually take over for further management and growth. Our goal is to sustainably expand our already large customer base of companies in the respective sector in DACH.

How youll make impact

• As an account strategist you develop and execute a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with the account team and colleagues in the engagements. You regularly review and align this strategy with both the clients vision and Zhlkes goals. Through targeted interactions with key stakeholders you deepen your understanding of their needs while proactively managing potential threats.

• As a growth architect you proactively identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and secure new ones thereby increasing the overall account contribution.

• As a portfolio steward you govern and steer Zhlkes project portfolio within the account. You ensure that all projects align with the clients priorities and that we consistently deliver on our promises to both the client and colleagues involved in each engagement. You actively identify and manage risks.

• As a value creation leader you foster a longterm trustbased relationship with the client. You ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through open clear communication while delivering a seamless client experience and exceptional value.

Whats important to us

• Strategic account management You are experienced in developing and implementing account growth strategies navigating complex buying centres and driving the successful sale of services.

• Leadership You are experienced in aligning and guiding crossfunctional teams to execute strategies successfully fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Portfolio management You are experienced in managing client engagement portfolios and mitigating risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Market knowledge You possess a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the industry & consumer products sector. You are familiar with software as well as hardware product development. Experience in product launches is an additional asset.

• Techsavvy You have a keen interest in technology and implementationrelated issues in your sector.

• Fluent Communication in German and English (both written and spoken) is important to successfully manage your account portfolio.

• University Degree You hold a degree in technology or a related field.
