Job Description
Structure House is a residentiallybased program in Durham NC for adult men and women that specializes in health behavior change healthy weight management and eating concerns involving compulsive overeating emotional eating and binge eating. We are seeking a Utility Dishwasher/Prep Cook.
The Utility Dishwasher/Prep Cookmay perform a number of kitchen activities including: washing and sanitizingpots dishes utensilsand carts; operating dish washing machine; general cleaning duties while maintaining kitchen sanitation; stocking and storing of nonfood supplies.Maintain a clean and sanitized employee breakroom that includes restroom refrigerator microwave tables and chairs.Also responsible for outside garbage container and cardboard container and the area surroundingboth containers require attention.
Contact with chemical salesperson for training on an as needed basis. Contact with vendors for receiving supplies on a daily basis.Contact with other departments for deliveries occasionally.
