Job Description
.
Responsibilities:
Setup and Maintain the container build configuration for each application module making up the system
Setup and Maintain the continuous integration pipelines responsible for building and testing each container
Setup and Manage the security accreditation process and remediating or adjudicating all findings as well as securing the application and its infrastructure in general
Setup and Manage the definition of deployed systems in code and ensuring that CD pipelines appropriately deploy infrastructure changes as well as application updates
Improve the monitoring performance and scalability of deployed systems
Maintaing the operational system and responding to customer issues
Review Recommend and implement improvements to all parts of our applications.
Should have uptodate knowledge with DevOps tools.
Candidate Requirements:
Successful experience designing developing deploying and maintaining production applications and pipelines
Should have strong DevOps Experience
Understanding of security and its application to development and operation of information systems
Strong understanding of computer networking designing systems for scalability and troubleshooting of complex systems
Strong time management and communication skills
Experience working on an agile development team
Experience working on Linuxbased operating systems
Experience managing multiple deployments of the same suite of applications on several security domains
Docker or other container runtime
Kubernetes and Docker Compose or other container orchestration implementations
Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline solution
Automated deployment tooling
Should have good experience developing multiple Java applications
Working knowledge of Mainframe application is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
7 yrs. of related IT experience.
Bachelors Degree at College of Science Technology Engineering & Math major or equivalent work or military experience.
