Job Description

- Maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine services and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units heating systems minisplits as needed.
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions determine extent of necessary repairs.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems including drain lines and light electrical work as necessary.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors pumps and valves.
- Fabricate parts as needed for system repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
- Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
- Conveys a safetyconscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
- Wears floor savers while in the clients home.
- Maintains company vehicle ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry 2 years)
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Team Player with a great attitude and personality
