Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth in the Spanish market. In this role you will take ownership of proactively identifying engaging and qualifying highpotential leads to build a strong and predictable pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs).

As a true hunter you thrive on uncovering new business opportunities thinking creatively to reach decisionmakers and crafting compelling outreach strategies that drive conversations. This position is ideal for a selfstarter who enjoys the challenge of breaking into new accounts experimenting with innovative prospecting techniques and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone email and social media to introduce our solution and identify potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads and provide status updates.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects pain points and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Identify key decisionmakers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects through consistent communication advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the SDR TL and AEs to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM ensuring all communications are logged information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency.
  • Passionate about Energy and Sustainability.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and good level of English
  • Strong networking abilities to access decisionmakers within client organizations.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an SDR role in a SaaS B2B company is preferred.
