Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced AV and Home Automation Technician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced programming skills technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work on highend residential projects where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom control system programming for luxury smart home installations utilizing platforms such as Crestron Control4 and Savant.
- Collaborate with clients and designers to translate project requirements into elegant and intuitive control solutions.
- Conduct thorough system testing and commissioning to ensure flawless performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to maintain system functionality.
- Assist with system installations upgrades and modifications as needed ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients and endusers empowering them to maximize the potential of their smart home systems.
- Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in control system programming with proficiency in Crestron Control4 Savant or equivalent platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Crestron and Control4 Certified Programmer) and industry credentials preferred.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work schedules.
