We are seeking a fulltime Commercial Lines Account Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts providing excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of the accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service for commercial insurance accounts
- Manage policies renewals endorsements claims and invoicing
- Communicate with clients and underwriters to maintain and grow accounts
- Quote new and renewal business for small market accounts
- Utilize agency management system for efficient account management
Qualifications
- Required licensure/designation: P&C
- Experience in managing small market accounts
- Proficiency in relevant software for account management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Daytoday
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for interacting with clients managing policies and claims and contributing to the growth of commercial insurance accounts. This role will involve regular communication with clients and underwriters as well as quoting new and renewal business for small market accounts.
