Due to growth we are seeking real estate professionals to join our ambitious and committed sales team. Bursting with variety this role will require you to have high level customer service skills. An allrounder and an expert multitasker. You will be required to demonstrate leadership loyalty and positivity.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in support of our lead sales agents.
Skills & Experience required:
Real Estate experience required
Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised with time management skills and proven ability to prioritise
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills
Proficient skills with using online technologies
Outstanding customer service
Act professionally and ethically always
Decision making and problemsolving skills
Customer service focus and great interpersonal skills
Team player
This role is salary and commission based
The Role:
Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Appointment management
Data entry
Client communication
Team marketing
Preparation of proposals
Managing the sales administration process to a team of professionals
Client management
Client Inspections
Management of the prospecting plan for the lead agent
