We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our clients vibrant and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions working with a range of clients including firsttime buyers homeowners and property investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including sales purchases leases and remortgages.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties including estate agents and mortgage lenders.
- Prepare and review legal documents including contracts transfer deeds and completion statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices within residential property law.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional client service.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in residential property law gained within a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding of residential property transactions and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing your own caseload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
