Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior QC Food Technologist with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience for a fulltime position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control specifically within a biscuit factory and will be wellversed in food safety practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience working in a biscuit factory (Mandatory skill)
- Proven expertise in food safety standards and protocols (Mandatory skill)
- Strong auditing skills with a focus on maintaining high quality standards
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance in the food industry
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- High attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in quality control processes
- Indepth knowledge of quality control methodologies and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control processes in the biscuit manufacturing facility
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain highquality standards
- Identify and address any quality control issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Train and mentor team members on quality control practices and procedures
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure consistent product quality
- Prepare detailed reports on quality control performance and suggest improvements
