Job Description

Nalu is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive awareness engagement and lead generation for our neuromodulation product portfolio. Reporting to the Director Downstream Marketing this individual will be responsible for implementing multichannel marketing campaigns that support commercial growth customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B demand generation digital marketing and lead nurturing within the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert healthcare professionals and key decisionmakers
  • Implement and optimize multichannel marketing programs including email paid media SEO website content webinars and events
  • Partner with the sales team to create targeted ABM (AccountBased Marketing) strategies that align with commercial priorities and sales goals
  • Own lead scoring funnel analytics and conversion tracking to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Manage and enhance marketing automation workflows (HubSpot Marketo or similar) to improve engagement and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including content product marketing and sales to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
  • Support the of key industry events conferences and webinars ensuring lead capture and postevent followup strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using datadriven insights to optimize marketing ROI and enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines to ensure marketing initiatives meet industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in demand generation digital marketing or growth marketing preferably in the medical device healthcare or B2B technology industries
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition and revenue growth
  • Handson experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketo Pardot or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO SEM paid media email marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience in B2B lead nurturing and accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Datadriven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics campaign performance tracking and KPI reporting
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing and able to work in the corporate office a minimum of 4 days/week
