Job Description
Job Summary:
Blasius Kia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Tire and Alignment Specialist. This is a fulltime individual contributor position in the Auto industry located in Watertown Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have experience performing tire replacements and alignments as well as a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) plan. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine tire rotations replacements and repairs
Perform wheel alignments using specialized tools and equipment
Inspect tires and recommend replacements or repairs as needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment and tirerelated issues
Keep accurate records of work done and inventory levels
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a tire and alignment specialist
Knowledge of tire and alignment equipment and tools
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components
Basic computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
ASE certification is a plus
