Duties and Responsibilities:Supports HIGH EXPECTATIONS for student growth and learning.Plans for and delivers effective instruction that is fully aligned to Arkansas State StandardsDemonstrates knowledge of the subject matterAccommodates individual differences and learning stylesUses technology and instructional resources effectivelyDemonstrates concern for students as individualsAligns curriculum instruction and assessment practicesMonitors and documents student achievementUtilizes student achievement data to guide instructional next stepsCollaborates with colleagues as part of a professional learning community at workMaintains twoway communication with parentsParticipates in professional learning opportunitiesProvides for a positive classroom environment that demonstrates respect and rapport with studentsComplies with school policies State Department of Education regulations and supports the school districtAdheres to standards for professional conductPerforms other duties as assignedEducation Experience Competencies:Arkansas Teaching License/ ability to obtain teaching credentialsCitizenship residency or work VISA in United States requiredSalaryPer the district licensed salary schedule
