We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Planningon behalf of an extremely wellestablished residential developer.
They produce an excellent product in desirable locations and have significant funds available ensuring quick land approval. Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for preparing submitting and managing a range of planning applications across the SouthWest area of various scales of complexity.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaison with planning authorities consultants and external consultants
- Supporting the land & technical team with preparation and submission of applications
- Reviewing local planning policies and drafting planning persimmons & agreements
We are keen to speak with Planners and Planning Managers with three years plus experience working for another developer in consultancy or within a Local Authority. With sound knowledge of the planning process & policies you will have excellent communication & IT skills.
