Job Role Summary
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Salt Water Disposals (SWD) and/or produced water facilities at central tank batteries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety and environmental policies
- Be on the job at the assigned time
- Conduct hourly facility maintenance rounds
- Monitor incoming pipeline and fluid transfers
- Monitor meters gauges tank levels and verify all equipment functions properly
- Revise incoming fluids from trucks and verify they are from authorized locations.
- Enter truck ticket information into appropriate computer software on a daily basis.
- Change filter screens when necessary and safely dispose filters to meet compliance
- Conduct all housekeeping duties to provide a safe and productive work atmosphere
- Communicate with Production Foreman and other production technicians on a daily basis
- Keep company vehicle maintained and in good working condition
- Must be available for call outs on a scheduled basis; some overtime required
- Must be able to work off schedule with some holidays built into the schedule
Skills and Abilities Required
- Proficiency with all MS Office Suite programs with emphasis on Excel & Word.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Operational knowledge of SCADA systems preferred
- Must be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairways
- Must be a team player
