The University of burg located in central Virginia is accepting applications for an assistant coach for our Field Hockey program. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Field Hockey Coach and will be responsible for assisting with leadership to the Field Hockey program recruitment and retention of studentathletes scheduling and team travel budget management and equipment purchases. The candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic and athletic integrity and mission of the University compliance with NCAA conference and University regulations. Other job related duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. This is a fulltime 12 month position. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.

University of burg students have been recognized with 22 Academic All American awards sinceall time All Americans and Thirteen different athletics programs have qualified for NCAA play over the past six years.

Required qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited 4year institution Successful collegiate Field Hockey experience is required. Strong interpersonal and communications skills; demonstrated organizational and management ability. The successful candidate must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the University.

Starting Salary: $35$38000
