Gwinnett Place Nissan a renowned automotive company in Duluth Georgia is currently seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Associate to join our exceptional team. As a Sales Associate you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer experience and driving sales growth. With an uncapped commission potential of $120000 this is an incredible opportunity to earn a rewarding income while making a lasting impact in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner actively listening to their needs and providing exceptional guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Expertly demonstrate product features benefits and offerings to customers ensuring a thorough understanding of our vehicles value proposition.
  • Identify opportunities forselling and crossselling leveraging indepth knowledge of our product lineup and understanding each customers unique preferences.
  • Manage and update customer information accurately in our CRM system ensuring timely followups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm loyalty.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and advancements in automotive technology to effectively articulate the value of our products and services.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a customerfacing role is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
