- Strong understanding of ingredient preparation ensuring freshness and accuracy in measurements and cuts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and of menu items as per company standards.
- Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients by washing peeling chopping and securely storing food items.
- Manage cooking stations ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of dishes.
- Observe and refine dish presentation to align with prescribed culinary aesthetics.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning activities ensuring a tidy and safe workspace for all kitchen staff.
- Adapt quickly to kitchen demands demonstrating versatility in various cooking techniques and scenarios.
