Hartfield Animal Hospitalis looking for aveterinarian to join our devoted team and communitybased practice.Established in 1990 our inviting multidoctor practice has a reputation for combining highquality medicine and exceptional client service. We are proud to offer progressive services to our patients and clients. Our experienced and longtenured team maintains an efficient and enjoyable work environment while priding themselves on providing excellent patient care.
We truly strive to treat the whole patient rather than just the symptom. Our practice is equipped with digital radiology ultrasound digital dental radiology and surgical laser. Our team takes great pride in our work with communitybased welfare groups. We see pets looking for their forever homes almost weekly from Middlesex Pet Friends for Life.
The Position:
- This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned veterinarian or a new graduate.
- Our team is here to have fun and help pets!
- Having a day where you cant hit a vein to save your lifeor you just want a second set of eyes on your plan for a patient. No problem were here to help one another.
- Work/Life Balance is important to us! No weekend hours or afterhours oncall shifts.
- We are open Monday Friday 8am5pm closed on weekends and major holidays.
- Do you need an unusual schedule to facilitate your other commitments Talk to us there is a very good chance we can accommodate!

Hartfield is a rural community in Middlesex County settled in between the Rappahannock River on the North Piankatank Riveron the South and the Chesapeake Bay on the East. We have 135 miles of shoreline which is perfect for anyone who loves the water. Our area and its surrounding nature offer many outdoor activities such as boating crabbing fishing kayaking golfing and hiking.
