SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Faversham ME13
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An opportunity with fantastic career potential is available for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a market leading independent estate agency in Faversham.
The perfect candidate will be one with a love of estate agency a dynamic and positive attitude and someone who is looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent and offers a supportive environment and excellent career progression.
You will be enthusiastic articulate ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an already established excellent sales record within the property industry.
You will be able to show that you also have considerable expertise at winning instructions and listing properties particularly at the middle and upper end of the price spectrum.
You should ideally have a minimum of a couple of years experience in Residential Property Sales and specifically be capable of spotting and developing business opportunities.
Skills: The skills required for thisSenior Sales role will include:

- Exceptional telephone manner
- Wellpresented and articulate
