Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Take guests food and beverageorders utilize salesmanship techniques and make appropriate recommendations
Accurately inputorders into POS system
Open all wine andchampagne bottles using proper wine service techniques
Ensure accuracy ofguest checks and promptly process payments
Interact in courteousand professional manner with guests supervisors and coworkers
Complete runningsidework throughout the shift as assigned
Monitor and maintaincleanliness sanitation and organization of all service areas
