Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Developer to join our team in the Heating and Refrigeration Technologies. Reporting directly to the Head of HRT Italy the ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding our presence within the food beverage pharmaceutical and process industries. This role involves collaboration with the sales team crossbusiness units and headquarters while meeting defined targets for offer volumes and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with end customers operating in the food beverage pharmaceutical district heating and process industries.
- Build and managed longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Meet defined targets provided by the Head of HRT for the volume of generated offers and the number of customers managed.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies share market insights and coordinate efforts.
- Collaborate with other Business Units to identify synergies and create integrated solutions that maximize value for the company and clients.
- Interface regularly with HQ in Germany to share business analyses market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Act as a bridge between technical marketing and sales teams to deliver customercentric solutions.
- Regulatory Expertise:
- Stay informed on Italian and European regulations incentives and legal requirements affecting refrigeration and heating solutions.
- Advise clients on compliance and assist in leveraging available incentives and tax benefits.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain indepth knowledge of our machinery and components portfolio emphasizing energyefficient and innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the refrigeration heating or process equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of national and European regulations related to energy efficiency incentives and compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams across business units and with international headquarters.
- Proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
