Housekeepers

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Sun Mountain Lodge you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations and public areas ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean guest rooms including changing linens sanitizing bathrooms and dusting.
• Maintain clean floors common areas and public spaces.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.

1. Laundry Duties

• Collect and launder linens neatly.
• Fold and store linens neatly.
• Operate laundry equipment safely.

1. Guest Interaction

• Interact with guests professionally and assist with requests.
• Respect do not disturb signs and guests privacy.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Be able to perform pushing/pulling actions up to 15 pounds constantly and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Be able to work with all cleaning products.
• Availability to work weekend and holidays.
