The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Test & Evaluation Engineer (MQ25 Test Program Integrator) (MidLevel or Senior) to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team in Berkeley MO. Successful candidate will lead the implementation and development of the MQ25 Obsolescence Mission Systems test & evaluation effort. The responsibilities will include instilling a project management culture in the team working on all aspects of the contract. The candidate should have prior knowledge/experience with all aspects of project management to include but not limited to; planning scheduling risk management EVM in addition to strong communication and team building skills.
The candidate will act as the test focal during all stages of the test verification activity. The candidate will conduct regular planning teleconferences with internal and external customers as well as provide regular briefings to management (IPRs PMMs) and the customer (SRR PDR CDR).
The job requires the candidate to apply a broad range of test engineering skills for all aspects of system development and qualification which includes test planning test procedures test reports and subcontract flow down/compliance. This position requires a candidate with good interpersonal and communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Successful candidate will coordinate near and long term test planning.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; MidLevel or Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer (MQ25 Test Program Integrator).
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity
Leads the development of test procedures
Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures
Designs calibration system/test fixtures
Develops data processing tools and algorithms
Generates calibration procedures and software
Guides others in the design of test hardware software and systems to achieve test requirements
Oversees debriefing of the test team
Leads the analysis processing and formatting of data to customer requirements
Approves test data prior to delivery to customer
Formulates expectations for test data based on historical data
Performs functions as required to ensure calibration system readiness and data validity
Trains others
Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
Project management experience to include but not limited to; planning scheduling risk management in addition to strong communication and team building skills
3 years of experience in test procedure development test test reporting or system integration
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working with military customers at remote test sites
Experience with mission systems testing and integration
Experience in EVM and Cost Account Manager (CAM)
Experience with unmanned aircraft (UAV)
2 years of lab or flight test experience
