What Youll Do

As the Vice President of Human Resources youll be a powerhouse in driving change shaping the employee experience and ensuring HR is a true business accelerator. Youll lead HR initiatives that attract develop and retain toptier talent while creating an agile highperformance culture.

Lead and Drive HR Strategy:

  • Build and implement people strategies that fuel business growth and innovation.
  • Create a highimpact resultsdriven culture that attracts top talent and retains high performers.
  • Own workforce planning organizational design and succession planning to futureproof the company.

Build a WorldClass Talent Engine:

  • Oversee talent acquisition leadership development and succession planning with a sharp focus on performance.
  • Champion a datadriven approach to people managementturning insights into action.
  • Design and implement cuttingedge training and development programs that elevate leadership at all levels.

Transform HR Operations for Maximum Impact:

  • Streamline and modernize HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits drive performance retention and engagement.
  • Partner with executives to ensure HR is a business driver.

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of progressive HR leadership in ahighperformance organization.
  • A proven track record of driving largescale change and cultural transformation.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Csuite leaders and drive alignment.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking and experience leveraging analytics to optimize HR performance.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced HR certifications (SHRMSCP SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience with Culture Index or Predictive Index is a plus.

Pay range:$130000 $160000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience and location)
