Duration: Temporary fixedterm contract from midJune 2025 until early September 2025
Hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 09:00 5:30
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team for the Summer.

You will provide support to our rapidly growing teams who deal with the booking and management of a portfolio of properties available for shortterm let throughout the year and Edinburgh Festival and a large portfolio of longlet properties.

Working closely with the Short Lets Manager & Lettings Associate Director you will provide support by undertaking a multitude of different tasks which will vary on a daytoday basis.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience collaborate with property professionals and a chance to develop skills that will be valuable for your future career.
Key responsibilities
Within our Short Lets Team:
  • Pre tenancy move in checks ensuring the property is set up for a guest move in
  • Making up welcome packs for guests
  • Delivery of items to the properties as needed
  • Answering the telephone
  • Arranging key cutting & assigning keys to guests
  • Meeting owners
  • Ad hoc property/tenant visits
  • Providing reactive support
Within our Edinburgh Lettings Team:
  • Assisting with viewings
  • Answering telephone calls and booking viewing appointments
  • Delivery of items to the properties as needed
  • Assigning keys to tenants and contractors
  • Providing administrative support to the wider lettings team with a variety of tasks
Key requirements
  • It is essential that candidates hold a full clean driving licence
  • Complete administration and processes thoroughly and methodically
  • Be a team player and can build good working relationships with other teams
  • Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
  • Be confident using IT applications
  • Can multitask and thrive in a close team environment
  • Have a flexible approach to work and show initiative
