Practice Nurse
Salary: Up to 46000 (Pro Rata) PartTime Hours
Our client a wellestablished and personcentred healthcare service is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a background in general practice to make a real difference in the lives of patients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering highquality care within a supportive and professional environment. This position offers parttime hours with flexibility making it ideal for individuals seeking a positive worklife balance.
What Were Looking For:
- RGN qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
- Proficiency in administering immunisations and vaccinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patientcentred approach.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing essential nursing care including immunisations vaccinations and longterm condition management.
- Working collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure patientcentred care.
- Conducting health screenings wound care and chronic disease management.
- Educating and advising patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
