Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Workday Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal/external systems. This role ensures seamless data flow across HR Finance and thirdparty vendors supporting business processes and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and a deep understanding of HRIS best practices.
Responsibilities
Design develop and support Workday integrations including EIBs Core Connectors Studio and APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring accuracy security and compliance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR Finance IT and external vendors to understand business needs and system dependencies.
Monitor and optimize existing integrations improving performance and efficiency.
Maintain integration documentation including data mappings technical specifications and troubleshooting guides.
Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
Support data migration and validation efforts for system implementations upgrades and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies including GDPR and SOX.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders.
Create custom reports using Workday Report Writer Calculated Fields and Workday Prism Analytics.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Good Workday experience.
Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience building complex calculated fields creating and modifying security roles and dashboard design.
MUST be willing to work directly with stakeholders outside of the People Technology team.
Experience with ticketing systems and SLA expectations.
Experience with Benefits Time & Attendance and payroll modules is preferred.
Preferred qualifications/skills
Prior internship or project experience involving Workday.
Exposure to database.
