Welcome to Alamon Job Description: Project Coordination - Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans including defining scope objectives tasks and timelines.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources such as personnel equipment and materials to meet project requirements.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings prepare agendas capturing minutes and tracking action items.
- Identify and assess project risks collaborating with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
Communication & Stakeholder Management - Maintain clear timely and professional communication with project stakeholders team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to assess project performance and propose improvements as needed.
- Support team members in resolving projectrelated issues and obstacles.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules status reports and risk assessments.
- Track project budgets expenses and resource utilization to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Process changes orders invoices and other financial documentation accurately and promptly.
Quality Assurance - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.
Additional Duties - Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications: - Must pass the preemployment screening process which includes a background check drug test and motor vehicle records pull.
- Have the ability and mentality to work outdoors in a physically demanding work environment and allweather conditions lifting or moving up to 50lbs. and hiking over various terrain.
- Possess a current and valid drivers license and a clean driving record with no DUI / DWIs within the past 5 years.
- Willing to travel locally statewide or regionally as required.
- Be available to work nights and weekends as required by project demands.
Work Environment: - This role is based onsite at the companys corporate office in Carrollton TX.
Physical Demands: - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Capability to sit stand or traverse job sites for extended periods.
- Must be able to navigate all areas of a job site which may involve walking climbing reaching bending or crawling.
Travel Requirements: - Occasional travel will be required.
- Lodging and transportation will be provided while working and traveling for the Company.
Education and Experience: - Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration project management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong organizational timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
- Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with enterpriselevel software and hardware solutions.
- Experience in the Telecoms Industry with Central Offices Data Centers MSOs or MTSOs.
- Experience with Equipment Rack & Stack of equipment and installation of Power Supply systems.
