Posting Summary
Oversee all aspects of customer relations for biomedical support services at assigned client sites to include administrative supervision and training of staff client marketing contract preparations organizational quality improvement initiatives and teams and occasional client support. Present assessment of overall account performance to customers through reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead staff meeting and Performance Excellence Action Team activities. Contribute support and participate in strategic planning development and implementation in collaboration with department leaders.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience as a staff supervisor in a biomedical technology area desirable. CBET Certification CHTM Certification.
