As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory were launching new products to expand our patient base and accelerate growth. Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology.Were seeking an experienced Product Manager UI/UX & ECommerce to join our team in Austin TX. This role will focus on improving our ecommerce with a strong emphasis on improving user experience checkout and improving subscription processes.
This position will work closely with crossfunctional team members including engineering pharmacy operations compliance marketing and executive. Youll play a key role in bridging various departments to ensure our product initiatives align with overall business goals and drive innovation in our healthcare technology solutions.
Our team would be counting on you to meet or exceed expectations with the following responsibilities:
- Own the ecommerce and customer experience ensuring a seamless journey across all digital platforms (website and frontend systems)
- Help manage the product roadmap for frontend design ensuring best practices in customer experience
- Create Figma designs based on internal data and translate them into actionable development plans ensuring smooth with engineers
- Oversee rigorous QA testing across devices and platforms to ensure highquality user experiences
- Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive product development by managing wireframes gathering input and iterating on solutions based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience or relevant entrepreneurial experience preferably in ecommerce telemedicine or subscriptionbased digital platforms
- Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools with a strong focus on Figma for wireframing and UI/UX collaboration
- Experience working in a startup environment or building and maintaining a product through its entire lifecycle
- Strong understanding of process development standardization and optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities with a proven track record of crossfunctional collaboration
- Experience with agile development processes
- Experience with data analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
