Job Description

Massachusetts CNA license is required.Completion of HS Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills ability tolift/transport patients are required. Acute care PCA experience is stronglypreferred.


Phillips House 20 is a twentybed unit for adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. All patient rooms are private. The unit is located in the Ellison Tower.

Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) the Patient CareAssociate (PCA) assists the multidisciplinary health care team in clinicalsupport functions to promote a safe compassionate patient care environment. PCAassists multidisciplinary health care team by assisting patients with dailyliving needs monitoring & reading vital signs drawing blood obtainingEKGs. Must be able to work a rotating schedule.
