Job Description
As the Evening Turndown Attendant you would be responsible for maintaining the public areas of the hotel to include restrooms offering turn down service to our stay over guests that would include lighttouch cleaning of guest rooms and responding to guest requests. Attention to detail and positive guest interactions are the foundation of this job role. Join an award winning team with a cleanliness scores of 100.
Compensation: $17 $19 per hour
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including but not limited to making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and other public spaces including public restrooms
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as requested
Qualifications
- Specifically we are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant in a hotel environment. Ideal candidate must be able to communicate with hotel guests and to followup on requests a mastery of theEnglish language. Candidate must be able to work weekends and some holidays. This is an evening shift 3:00 pm 10:00 pm.
