Position: Full Time

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the healthcare sector

Bracken House Dubbo is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our dynamic team. This fulltime role offers an exciting opportunity to support and guide nursing staff in providing highquality care and fostering continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff.

  • Provide ongoing clinical education and training ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Support the development of a skilled and confident nursing team through mentorship and guidance.

  • Assist with the induction of new staff members and ongoing professional development.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote high standards of clinical care.

  • Stay current with developments in nursing and healthcare practices to ensure educational content is relevant.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with AHPRA.

  • Previous experience in clinical education training or mentorship is desirable.

  • Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Passion for nursing education and professional development.

  • Commitment to providing the highest standard of care.

  • Desirable: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
