As a Casual Active Nights Residential Practitioner you will play a key role in the lives of young people currently living in residential services supporting them to live safely within our houses. Its handson often challenging but can also be rewarding. You will help create an environment that promotes positive respect and provides care that meets a young persons needs.

Whats on offer
You will receive a comprehensive induction and mentoring program to support your transition into the role and ensure your success. Our program operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have current vacancies in the following overnight shifts. Shifts include 11:30 pm to 9:00 am sleep 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
In addition to the base hourly rate and superannuation youll also receive25 casual loading. You can also increase your takehome pay by accessing salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and more.
About you
You will bring with you a Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant recognised qualification. If you are currently completing your qualification or about to commence study in this area talk to us we may be able to support you.
