Job Description Mesquite Outlaws Soccer Club Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships

Objective

The Mesquite Outlaws areaccepting resumes for a Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships. The Mesquite Outlaws are a professional indoor soccer team based in Mesquite Texas that participates in the Major Arena Soccer League. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a proactive and successful sales environment that will maximize revenues for the soccer club through direct supervision and training of sales/account representatives.
  • Create teamspecific sales strategies for all business segments including season ticket sales individual game ticket sales group/corporate ticket sales and sponsorships.
  • Procure and develop strategic partnerships with community industry and corporate partners.
  • Create and present sponsorship proposals to prospective sponsors/partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of sales team representatives and actively train team members to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Oversee all aspects of sponsorship fulfillment to ensure strategic partnership commitments are delivered.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to team ownership of sales performance and revenue maximization initiatives.
  • Assist with game day operations.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in management positions required.
  • Sports background preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and to work independently.
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree (Required)
