As our Product Design Lead (m/f/x) you will play a key role in shaping our mobile product design vision. Leading a talented 7person team you will guide them to not only execute our product design strategy but also push boundaries in how we approach usercentered datadriven design. Youll lead the development and maintenance of design processes ensuring seamless communication within your team and beyond.
Your expertise will also be invaluable in shaping key business and implementation decisions. As a true advocate for the user youll champion their needs while leveraging insights to create innovative humancentered designs that drive both business impact and user satisfaction. What you can do for us
Lead and manage a diverse team of 7 designers ensuring the consistent delivery of highquality cohesive user experiences across multiple mobile banking apps.
Act as the goto expert for your team providing support in key decisions regarding user experience and accessible interface design.
Inspire and guide the team by shaping and articulating a clear vision and strategy while sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Lead the development and maintenance of design processestogether with our Design Ops Lead and UX Writers ensuring alignment with relevant teams at both Neugelb and Commerzbank for seamless collaboration.
Support and mentor designers in achieving their career goals and personal development through regular feedback coaching and by cultivating a supportive growthfocused environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to drive successful discovery and delivery of design solutions within agile iterative workflows.
