HOAi (acquired by Vantaca in Fall 2024 is a fastgrowing startup revolutionizing the community association management industry. Our AI workforce platform integrates machine learning technology to streamline laborheavy processes eliminating inefficiencies and driving scalability. With rapid growth in the AI space we are pushing boundaries to redefine industry standards.
Overview
We are seeking ambitious and driven Software Engineers to join HOAis expanding team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI to create impactful solutions and are eager to take full ownership of their work. Ideal candidates will have a background in top schools or leading tech companies/startups with fullstack development experience and handson AI integration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy fullstack AIdriven solutions.
- Own endtoend feature development from architecture to testing and deployment.
- Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Collaborate in a flat organizational structure where every engineer leads critical product features.
- Build scalable solutions that replace manual labor with AIpowered automation.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements contributing innovative ideas to the product roadmap.
- 35 years of experience in software engineering (Mid/Senior level).
- Fullstack development expertise; open to any tech stack. (Current stack includes Next.js TypeScript Python; Java C# are also welcomed.
- Handson experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT Cloud AI Cursor Windsurf) in development workflows.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field from a toptier institution or experience at a leading tech company/startup required.
- Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work onsite (minimum 3 days/week preference for 5 days/week).
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated AI integration experience (must be actively using AI to write more than 50 of code).
- Experience building solutions in laborintensive vertical industries.
- Previous work in earlystage startups or hypergrowth environments.
