Position Title: Adjunct CIS

Position Summary: Washburn Universitys Computer Information Sciences department invites applications for adjunct instructor.

Essential Functions:
Teach: CM101 Computer Concepts and Applications. The course delivery method is to be determined. Inperson or online. Online course would require the instructor to be a resident of Kansas. At this time the schedule is optional two/three days per week.
Required Qualifications:
Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Or
Bachelors Degree with at least five years of industrial experience in computer science/information technology.
Demonstrated dedication to developing teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds.
Official educational transcripts are required during the hiring process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working or teaching experience computer science or information technology.
